Next Insurance announced a partnership with Amazon Business to provide access to customized small business insurance. Business Prime members can easily obtain a quote from Next Insurance and quickly purchase General Liability, Professional Liability, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Tools and Equipment insurance coverage.
New to me is Codat, which builds on Plaid to connect to small business bank accounts and then consolidate a host of integrations behind one unified API. Think syncing with QuickBooks, providing financial data for loan underwriting, or automatically reconciling purchase card transactions.
I also found out about Thimble from Fast Company’s list of the world’s most innovative companies. In 60 seconds, you can get a policy from one hour up to a full-time monthly plan. Save with the coverage you need at a price that makes sense. I love this tagline: All pay-per-work, no paperwork.
